Payment Policy

  • A 25% deposit of the total value of your reservation is required at the time of booking in order to secure it.
  • The remaining amount is due on arrival and will be settled upon check-in.

Cancellation policy

Our rate allows booking modifications or cancellation without charges up to one week prior to arrival.

  • You may cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival.
  • Should you cancel or modify your reservation between 6 to 3 days prior to your arrival, the 25% deposit of prepayment is non-refundable.
  • Should you cancel or modify your reservation up to 48 hours prior to your arrival, or in case of a non-show, 100% of the total value of your reservation will be charged.
  • In case of early departure, 100% of the remaining reservation cost will be charged.

Refunds

If you are entitled to a refund, this will be issued back to the same credit card provided when completing your reservation. In case the provided card is no longer valid, you will be obliged to contact our reservations department with your bank details in order to proceed with the necessary actions.

The guest is obliged to present upon check in the credit card which was used to make the reservation in order for the transaction details to be validated. In the case that the credit card is not presented the hotel preserves the right to deny the service paid to the guest. No refund of funds will be available.
