You will find a cozy fitness spot at the Spa grounds, with state of the art equipment where you can train on you own or with a specialised trainer.
Yoga, pilates, Aqua pilates and Aqua aerobics are offered daily outdoors or you can opt for hiking and guided tours. At the resort there are also numerous courts, Tennis, Beach Volley and a mini Soccer field. If you are a golf-lover, ask the reception for information or to book you a match at Afandou Golf Course or test your adrenaline with more extreme water sports on Kiotari beach.
